Quick and reliable technique for the detection of surface breaking cracks through paint and similar protective coatings. (Brochur)
A reliable, cost effective alternative to conventional film by employing flexible, re-usable phosphor plates or screens to capture images. The technology particularly compliments the SCAR system to provide a safe, rapid and environmentally friendly service.(Brochur)
Non-invasive ultrasonic corrosion mapping providing a reproducible fingerprint. (Brochur)
Rapid and reliable technique for assessing condition of small and large diameter pipes. Particularly useful for detection of CUI.(Brochur)
Rapid Inspection of pipes and storage tank floors for the detection of corrosion and erosion.(Brochur)
In-service inspection for the detection of flange faces corrosion.(Brochur)
A phased array transducer enables an ultrasonic beam to be electronically focused or swept in angle along the length of the array reducing the scanning requirement of conventional transducers. Technique can be used in lieu of radiography in the correct circumstances.(Brochur)
An innovative approach to inspection of boiler tubes and thin walled piping.(Brochur)
Non-contact technique for measuring the thickness of steel through any non-magnetic material.(Brochur)

OTIS® – (Oil Tank Inspection System) is a robot that follows a digital inspection grid and collects up to 200,000 ultrasonic scans for computerized analysis. This model is used with water and light and middle distillates, containing 6 inches or less of sludge, with cleaning available as an option.

The robot has 8 on board transducers, a sonar unit, 2 navigational pingers and an onboard camera (for clear fluids). A squeegee clears a path of sediment in order to get better data from the floor.
For inspection this robot is normally equipped with a single pump that pumps clean fluid from above onto the floor to clear any remaining sediment.
OTIS-200® – (Oil Tank Inspection System Model 200) is a robot that follows a digital inspection grid and collects up to 200,000 ultrasonic scans for computerized analysis. This model is used primarily with middle distillates containing 6 inches or more of sludge, with cleaning available as an option.
Inspect floors of small ASTs storing volatile and non-volatile products without service disruption
SATechcorr offers Probe Inspection for high-density Ultrasonic Testing of small AST floors that store volatile or non-volatile products while the tank remains in service.
SA/TechCorr USA can perform high-density ultrasonic testing of floors of small ASTs used for storage of volatile or non-volatile products while the tank is full with product and without service disruption.
